LOOK N BOOK.IN . Reserves the right, in the sole discretion, to cancel or terminate the access to all or any LOOK N BOOK.IN . Websites or other sales channels and the services thereof at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or general maintenance whatsoever. In addition to this, there are few terms of service (ToS) for the services or products provided LOOK N BOOK.IN . Services like a Hotel booking etc come under ToS. The same will be updated by LOOK N BOOK.IN . which will be deemed to be included in this agreement. In case of conflict between ToS and this agreement, the terms and conditions of this agreement will prevail. The user is required to accept and read thoroughly the relevant ToS for the product or service availed from LOOK N BOOK.IN

The user is responsible for ensuring compliance with the guidelines and terms of the service provider with whom the user selects to deal which includes terms and conditions of the service providers' like hotel cancellation policy, carriage contract, and other such policy. The service provider may provide its own terms and conditions that govern some features like offers and services given by them like hotel reservations etc.

LOOK N BOOK.IN . reserves the rights to undertake any necessary steps to ensure safety, security, and integrity of our company as well as our users to remain well-protected. For this, we may take various necessary steps to ensure and verify the authenticity of the orders placed by you.

LOOK N BOOK.IN . may change, add, remove, discontinue or suspend any service, content or product posted on our website, including the specifications and features of products or services depicted or described on the site at any time, temporarily or permanently without liability and prior notice. Prices on the Website:

The price, which we offer on LOOK N BOOK.IN , is generally includes accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise) and in special cases some meals It never comprises any personal expense or other additional charges like telephone calls, personal-man services, entrance fees of any monuments and bar charges, etc.

6. Booking Policy

The total price displayed on the site includes all applicable government taxes. In case of increase in the price in the issuance of the Hotel bookings, due to suppliers, miscalculation in amount due to server error and from the banks payment gateway issue then LOOK N BOOK reserves the right to cancel the hotel and forfeit the amount received as Cancellation Charges. The difference of amount should be paid to LOOK N BOOK.IN after the communication from LOOK N BOOK to avoid any discomfort.

You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.

To get any child hotel booking, the age of child must in between 2-12 years and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they re checking in, and remember that the child must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old.

All the hotel and bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Hotel/Supplier.

Company is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of hotel from supplier end.

If hotel is cancelled directly from the hotels web site , office or call centre , customer needs to inform LOOK N BOOK.IN for the refund to be processed. Please note that LOOK N BOOK.IN do not get any alert from hotel/suppliers directly.

Hotel Amendment & Cancellation Policy

Every booking made on LOOK N BOOK.IN is subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel/suppliers, which may vary with respect to hotel.

LOOK N BOOK.IN levies negligible amount of 200 Rs. per passenger as cancellation service charges.

Convenience fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific hotels’ policy.

Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific hotel’s policy.

Cancellations can be made online through My Account section or by sending an email to LOOK N BOOK.IN

We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the hotels directly.

Amendment charges on LOOK N BOOK.IN are subject to change as per the policy of the hotels, which varies due to hotels .

For cancellation requests received, the refund shall be processed at the earliest once request is received. In case of direct cancellation through hotels, refunds shall be processed post deduction of hotel charges along with our service charge. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective hotels/service provider. Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking is not refundable.

Refund Policy

LOOK N BOOK will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer through My Account section or email.

Refund against the cancellation of hotels will be credited directly in customer’s mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the hotel/Suppliers.

LOOK N BOOK.IN will process refund within 48 hours only after receiving it from the concerned hotels other suppliers.

Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 48 hours while it may take 7-10 days in case of net banking transactions

Wallet amount once used for any transaction the remaining amount in the wallet cannot be transferred to your bank account. However, can be used for future booking with us.

Refunds in cases where hotels is declared as Insolvent or Bankrupts

LOOK N BOOK shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent bankrupts

On the basis of assurity given by hotel/ suppliers, LOOK N BOOK.IN may sometimes refund amount to the customer but LOOK N BOOK reserves the right to recover the refunded amount on event of hotels/suppliers getting shut down bankrupt.
